Shipping

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Large items may require additional shipping costs—we’ll contact you for approval before charging anything extra. Certain products may require a core charge or your existing core before shipment.

Returns

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Custom-colored and personally engraved parts are nonreturnable unless defective.

Call 1-800-505-0258 with your order number to arrange a return. We cover return shipping when an eligible return results from our error, including incorrect or defective items.

Refunds

Allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return, plus 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund. We’ll email you when your refund is processed.
